Reverse Periodization to maximize long-term athletic development by establishing linear/multidirectional speed kinematics, proper weight lifting technique, foundational strength, and kinesthetic awareness utilizing stationary, dynamic, ballistic, gymnastic-like movements with light weights or bodyweight.
Athletes develop foundational strength, then progress to enhanced linear and multidirectional speed training and conjugate-style upper/lower body training splits emulating the collegiate environment.
Learn combine drill technique and develop kinetics by building strength and explosiveness to run quality combine scores at college camps and help get recruited. 40-yard dash, vertical and broad jumps, pro-agility drill, L-drill, and more.
Develop the linear and multi-directional speed kinetics and kinematics.
Explosive jump training and technique, and rate of force development.
Physical development through teaching proper weightlifting technique, energy system development, and progressively overloading the athlete through safe and effective scientific-based programming to prepare the athlete for the demands of their sport.
Prepare athlete for demands of sport by strengthening and mobilizing the support (foot/ankle/knee) and suspension (hips/trunk) systems, and the trunk/spine. Identifying deficiencies from assessment & training processes and prescribing corrective exercises specific to the athlete.
Increasing range of motion at all joints and elasticity of muscles to maintain optimal biomechanics, enhance movement, and prevent injury. Administering recovery protocols to suit athlete needs and match the load endured by the athlete in acute sessions.
Customized nutritional guidance and workouts based on the athlete’s goals and specific needs for their sport. Off-season and In-Season workout programming. Athletes receive workouts to complete on days they cannot train with me.
Utilize video to break down sprint & weightlifting technique. Analyze athlete’s game film to identify training goals.
